10年以上使われていなかった飲食店を、再び人が集まる場所へ
This project focused on bringing a small neighborhood restaurant back to life after more than ten years of inactivity.
10年以上使われていなかった飲食店を、
再び人が集まる場所へ整えるプロジェクトです。
Rather than carrying out a large renovation, the existing charm of the space was preserved while reorganizing the layout, removing unnecessary items, and improving the flow of the interior.
大規模なリフォームは行わず、
不要な物の整理や空間の見え方・使い方を整え、
もともとあった魅力を活かしながら再生しました。
Today, the space has reopened as a cozy neighborhood eatery where people gather to share homemade meals and conversation.
現在は、おばんざいバルとして新たにオープンし、
家庭的な料理と温かい灯りのもとで
地域の人が集まる場所として再び動き始めています。

the seating layout and lighting balance were carefully adjusted.

② Overall Space | Preserving the Showa Atmosphere
昭和モダンの雰囲気を大切に残した店内
The Showa-modern atmosphere of the original interior was preserved.

③ Light & Shadow | A Wall That Changes Through the Day
光と影｜時間帯で表情が変わる壁
Natural light and warm lighting create different moods throughout the day.
光の入り方と照明で、
昼と夜で異なる表情を楽しめます。
The wall becomes a quiet stage where light and shadow move with time.
壁は時間とともに光と影が映る
静かな舞台のような存在になります。

④ Details | Turning Age into Character
ディテール｜古さを魅力に変える工夫
The entrance welcomes guests with the warmth of natural wood and soft light from an antique glass lamp.
By preserving the original materials and adding gentle lighting, the space creates a calm and inviting first impression.
玄関では、木の温かみとアンティークガラスのランプの光が
やさしくお客様を迎えます。
もともとの素材を活かしながら、
落ち着いた「迎え入れる空間」をつくりました。
